Alamabad (, also Romanized as âÂÂAlamÃÂbÃÂd and âÂÂAlemÃÂbÃÂd) is a village in Doab Rural District, in the Central District of Selseleh County, Lorestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 278, in 54 families.
