Afrocyclops gibsoni is a species of copepod in the family Cyclopidae. Three subspecies have been identified:
- Afrocyclops gibsoni abbreviatus <small>Kiefer, 1933</small>
- Afrocyclops gibsoni doryphorus <small>(Kiefer, 1935)</small>
- Afrocyclops gibsoni ondoensis <small>(Kiefer, 1952)</small>
