Ad Dahi district () is a district of the Al Hudaydah Governorate, Yemen. In 2003, the district had a population of 54,503.
The district contains the hills Jabal al MaḩÃÂriq, Jabal al MinjÃÂrah, Jabal al QÃÂhirë, Kabbat al ḨamrÃÂ' and Kabbat al Manà Âabah, and the wadis WÃÂdë al Mà «sëyah, WÃÂdë Kusr and WÃÂdë Namir.
