The ceremony was televised by Sanlih E-Television and Public Television Service; it was jointly hosted by Sabrina Pai, Gino Tsai, Vicky Tseng, Chen Guan-lin, Lulu Huang Lu Zi Yin, Crowd Lu, Sam Tseng and Aaron Yan.
