5-Ethyl-N,N-dimethyltryptamine is a tryptamine derivative which acts as an agonist at the 5-HT<sub>1A</sub> and 5-HT<sub>1D</sub> serotonin receptors, with around 3x selectivity for 5-HT<sub>1D</sub>.
