John Mellencamp was honored with the iHeartRadio Icon Awards for his enduring contributions as a singer‑songwriter whose career‑defining hits such as "Jack & Diane", "Pink Houses", and "Small Town", along with his decades of activism including co‑founding Farm Aid, have made him a central figure in American music and culture.
