The 2026 Plymouth City Council election will be held on 7 May 2026, alongside the other local elections across the United Kingdom being held on the same day, to elect 19 of 57 members of Plymouth City Council.

Changes 2024–2026:

• May 2025: Three Labour Councillors left the Labour Party. Carol Ney (Labour) and Zoe Reilly (Labour) leave party to sit as independents; Dylan Tippetts (Labour) joins Liberal Democrats
• March 2026: One Independent Councillor joined Reform UK
