The 2026 Good Ranchers 250 was the second round of the 2026 IndyCar Series. The race was held on March 7, 2026, at Phoenix Raceway in Avondale, Arizona. The race was contested of 250 laps. Josef Newgarden won the race, followed by Kyle Kirkwood and David Malukas.
Phoenix Raceway is a 1.022-mile, low-banked tri-oval race track located in Avondale, Arizona, near Phoenix. The motorsport track opened in 1964 and currently hosts two NASCAR race weekends annually, formerly the championship from 2020 to 2025. Phoenix Raceway has also hosted the CART, USAC and the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. The raceway is currently owned and operated by NASCAR.
Phoenix Raceway would host multiple IndyCar Series events throughout the years. Following the 2018 race the raceway announced the series would not return for 2019, citing poor attendance.
In 2025, Racer reported that Phoenix would make a return for the 2026 season. On September 16, it was confirmed that Phoenix will return to the calendar, in conjunction with NASCAR.
