The 2024 Toledo Rockets football team represented the University of Toledo in the Mid-American Conference during the 2024 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Rockets were led by Jason Candle in his ninth year as the head coach. The Rockets played home games at the Glass Bowl, located in Toledo, Ohio. In week 3, the Rockets pulled off a 41âÂÂ17 upset victory over Mississippi State from the SEC with a payout of $1.2 million.
On July 19 the MAC announced the preseason coaches poll. Toledo was picked to finish second in the conference. The Rockets received two votes to win the MAC Championship.
