The 2018 World University Wrestling Championships was the 13th edition of the World University Wrestling Championships in wrestling and was held in Goiânia, Brazil, from 4 to 9 September 2018. The competition took place at Ginásio Rio Vermelho. A total of 146 wrestlers from 16 countries participated.
