The 2013 Delaware State Hornets football team represented Delaware State University as a member of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) in the 2013 NCAA Division I FCS football season. Led by third-year head coach Kermit Blount, the Hornets compiled an overall record of 5âÂÂ6 with a mark of 5âÂÂ3 in conference play, tying for third place in the MEAC. Delaware State played home games at Alumni Stadium in Dover, Delaware.
The Hornets entered the 2013 season having been picked to finish eighth in the MEAC.
