The 2013 UConn Huskies football team represented the University of Connecticut (UConn) as a member of the newly-formed American Athletic Conference (AAC) during the 2013 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Huskies compiled an overall record of 3âÂÂ9 with a mark of 3âÂÂ5 in conference play, tying for sixth place in the AAC. Connecticut began the season under third-year head coach Paul Pasqualoni, who was fired on September 30, after a 0âÂÂ4 start. T. J. Weist, the Huskies' defensive coordinator was appointed interim head coach for the remainder of the season. The team played home games at Rentschler Field in East Hartford, Connecticut.
