The 2011 North Alabama Lions football team represented the University of North Alabama in the 2011 NCAA Division II football season.
The Lions went 8-2 in the regular season and made the Division II playoffs. In the first round, they faced conference foe West Alabama and won, avenging a 31-26 loss earlier in the season. In the next round, they faced another conference foe, Delta State. Delta State won 42-14, eliminating the Lions from the playoffs. It was their seventh straight season in the playoffs.
This was Terry Bowden's third and final season at UNA; he was named the head coach of the University of Akron football team in December 2011.
