The 2008 LG Hockey Games was played between 7 and 10 February 2008 in Stockholm, Sweden. The Czech Republic, Finland, Sweden and Russia played a round-robin for a total of three games per team and six games in total. Five of the matches were played in the Stockholm Globe Arena in Stockholm, Sweden, and one match in the Tampere Ice Stadium in Tampere, Finland. The tournament was part of 2007âÂÂ08 Euro Hockey Tour.
Sweden lost the final game, 1âÂÂ2, against Finland despite Swedish goalkeeper Stefan Liv saving many shots.
