The 2000 Hong Kong Women's Sevens was the third edition of the tournament. It took place between the 22âÂÂ24 March 2000. It also featured the first official appearance of the New Zealand women's team since the tournament began in 1997.
New Zealand beat Australia in the final to win the tournament.
