The 1994 Virginia Tech Hokies football team represented Virginia Tech (formally the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University) as a member of the Big East Conference during the 1994 NCAA Division I-A football season. Led by eighth-year head coach Frank Beamer, the Hokies compiled an overall record of 8âÂÂ4, with a mark of 5âÂÂ2 in conference play, and finished second in the Big East. Virginia Tech played home games at Lane Stadium in Blacksburg, Virginia.
